Hi. I’m Katie, author of Trust the Flames

I thrive on helping individuals build their knowledge, confidence and even LOVE for all things mindfulness. Because right now, it is the ONLY way out of distraction overload. Mindfulness is the ONLY way to create more time and space in our day.

With almost 10 years working as a Yoga & teacher and Mindset mentor, I can tell you now that Mindfulness is the easiest thing to do but the hardest thing to remember, because our focus is constantly being stolen. That’s why I am here to be your gentle reminder – think of me as your healthy notification button.

What makes me your go-to mentor is my relatable story…my mess is my message. More than ten years ago now, I found myself burnt out and boozed up in a city I loved, but didn’t always love me back, New York.

I had no awareness and was trying to self-soothe my unresolved trauma in all the wrong ways until one day, it all changed, and you can read all about this in my book linked below.

Everything I teach, I personally have tested on my own healing journey and many clients I have worked with. My lived experience is my expertise (oh and of course, my training in The Mindful Method.)
